How to map a property to Airbnb?

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step process to map an existing Airbnb listing to PropertyStack. The integration allows users to synchronize property details, rates, and availability between PropertyStack and Airbnb. Data is automatically pulled from Airbnb, but any missing information can be manually entered.

Step 1: Navigate to Integration Settings

  1. Click on the Settings icon from the left menu.

  2. Select Integrations from the side panel.

  3. Under Integration Settings, locate the Airbnb card.

  4. Click the Connect button to start the mapping process.

Step 2: Access the Channel Connector

  1. Once connected, you will be redirected to the Channel Connector page.

  2. Locate your Airbnb listing under the Channel Mapping section.

  3. Click on the MAP button to proceed.

Step 3: Map the Listing

  1. In the Rate Plan Mapping section, select the corresponding PropertyStack Listing Name and Rate Name from the dropdown.

  2. Click the MAP button to confirm the selection.

Step 4: Complete the Property Profile

  1. Check the details that are pulled from Airbnb:

    • Listing Name

    • Listing ID

    • Address (Country, State, City, Street, Postal Code, Latitude & Longitude)

    • Description

    • Check-in & Check-out Information

    • Image Gallery (Ensure a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 20 images are uploaded)

      • You can also add images by clicking on "Upload New Image" & "Image From Library".

    • Check box the to Display my property's location if want you your property's location to be displayed.

    • Enter the Permit/Tax ID.

    • Enter the directions to the property.

  2. Click Next to proceed.


​Note: If any details are missing you can insert it manually.

Step 5: Configure Room Details

  1. In the Room Configurations section, specify:

    • Mark-up settings (if applicable)

    • Maximum occupancy (Select the max. number of occupancy)

  2. Click Next to continue.

Step 6: Define Listing Room Details

  1. Check property-specific details such as:

    • Listing ID

    • Property Type Group

    • Property Type Category

    • Room Type Category

    • Bedroom and Bathroom configurations

    • Maximum and Included Guests

    • Currency

    • Full Rate

    • Extra Fees

    • Security deposit

    • Cleaning fees

    • Discount type (You can discount if applicable)

    • Fees (You can add any extra fees such as pet fees, etc.)

    • Amenities (You can add it manually if any are missing)

  2. Click Next to proceed.

Step 7: Set Availability & Booking Rules

  1. Configure availability settings:

    • Minimum and Maximum Night Stay

    • Minimum Lead Time and Notice Period

    • Preparation Time

    • Check-in and Check-out Rules

  2. Define booking rules:

    • Cancellation Policy

    • Check-in & Check-Out Timings

    • Guest Expectations (such as pet-friendly, smoking, or event policies)

  3. Restrict Check-in and Check-out

    • You can restrict guests to check in or check out on a specific day by clicking on the check box under "Day Rules".

  4. Welcome Message

  5. Request Booking

    • If you want the approve the guest bookings manually then please click on the check box.

  6. Click Next to finalize the setup.

Step 8: Final Step

Wait for the system to process all the information in the earlier steps to complete the mapping process successfully.

Note: If any issues arise, ensure that all required fields are completed, or manually input any missing details.
