Overview

Adding an extra guest fee allows you to charge additional guests beyond the included limit in your Airbnb listing. This guide outlines the steps to configure the extra guest fee in PropertyStack and ensure it is pushed to Airbnb.

Step 1: Navigate to Integration Settings

  1. Click on the Settings icon from the left menu.

  2. Select Integrations from the side panel.

  3. Locate Airbnb under Integration Settings and click Connect to access the Channel Connector.

Step 2: Select the Listing

  1. On the Channel Connector page, locate the Airbnb listing.

  2. Click the MAP button to proceed.

Step 3: Edit the Listing

  1. Click on the ellipsis (three dots) and then edit icon.

Step 4: Follow the Mapping Process

  1. Click Next on each section until you reach the Listing Rooms page.


​Note: No additional details need to be filled in until the Extra Guest Fee section.

Step 5: Add Extra Guest Fee

  1. In the Listing Rooms section, locate the Extra Guest Fee field.

  2. Enter the fee amount you want to charge per additional guest.

  3. Click Next and proceed through the remaining steps to complete the listing mapping.

Conclusion

Once the listing is fully mapped, the extra guest fee will automatically be pushed to Airbnb. No additional action is needed, ensuring seamless fee synchronization for extra guests.
