Overview
Adjusting availability settings such as minimum and maximum nights, lead time, and preparation time ensures better control over how and when guests can book your property. These settings help in defining how early a booking can be made, how long guests can stay, and the necessary preparation period between bookings.
Step 1: Navigate to the Integration Settings
Click on the Settings icon from the left-side menu.
Select Integrations from the sidebar.
Choose Airbnb under the OTA section and click Connect if not already connected.
Step 2: Access the Availability Settings
Click on the MAP button next to the property you want to configure.
Navigate to Rate Plan Mapping to ensure the listing is mapped.
Click the three-dot menu next to the listing and select Edit.
Then proceed by clicking Next until you reach the Availability Settings.
Step 3: Configure Availability Settings
Locate the Availability section on the settings page.
Adjust the following fields:
Minimum Nights: Set the minimum duration a guest can book the property.
Maximum Nights: Define the longest stay a guest can book.
Minimum Lead Time: Specify the minimum time required before a booking can be made.
Maximum Notice: Set the maximum advance booking notice allowed.
Preparation Time: Enter the number of nights required for cleaning and preparation before the next booking.
Step 4: Save Changes
After entering the values, click the Next button.
