Overview
Mapping your existing Booking.com listing to PropertyStack ensures seamless synchronization of availability, rates, and settings. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of connecting and mapping your Booking.com listings.
Step 1: Navigate to Integration Settings
Log in to your PropertyStack account.
Click on the Settings icon in the left-hand menu.
Select Integrations from the left-side menu.
Locate Booking.com under the Integration Settings section and click on Connect.
Step 2: Initiate the Mapping Process
After clicking Connect, navigate to the Channel Connector page.
Find the listing you want to map.
Click on the MAP button next to the corresponding listing.
Step 3: Link to the Correct Location
If required, click on Link to New Location to associate your listing with the correct property.
This ensures that the correct property details are linked to your Booking.com account.
Step 4: Enter Channel Password & Details
Enter your Booking.com ID in the Channel Hotel ID field.
Assign a Connection Name for easier identification.
Set the Default Multiplier (if applicable).
Specify a Default Surcharge if needed.
Choose the correct Rate Pricing as Room Based and Currency settings.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 5: Assign the Listing & Rate Plan
Select the PropertyStack Listing Name from the dropdown.
Choose the appropriate Rate Plan that matches your setup.
Click MAP to finalize the connection.
Step 6: Configure Additional Settings & Save
Configure any additional settings such as:
Single Occupancy rates. (If applicable)
Applicable Number of Guests. (Select the max. number)
Mark-up Multipliers (set up price mark-up if needed).
Availability & Rate Disabling (if required).
Fixed Mini Stay
Once all details are entered, click Save to complete the mapping process.
Step 7: Final Step
Go back to the "Channel Mapping" page and find the booking.com id.
The booking.com would be "Inactive" and highlighted in red color.
Then click on the "Pending "icon and turn it active.
Note: Don't forget to click the "Sync" button to be on the safer side.
