Overview
Unmapping a Booking.com listing from PropertyStack is necessary when you no longer want to sync availability, rates, and reservations between the two platforms. Follow these steps to successfully unmap a Booking.com listing.
Step 1: Access the Integrations Settings
Log in to PropertyStack.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon on the left menu).
Click on Integrations from the side menu.
Under Integration Settings, locate the Booking.com card and click Connect.
Step 2: Open the Channel Connector
In the Channel Connector section, find the Booking.com listing that you want to unmap.
Locate the Unmap button next to the listing.
Click the Unmap button.
Step 3: Confirm Unmapping
Wait for the system to process the request.
You will see a confirmation message stating "Successfully removed" once the listing has been unmapped.
Conclusion
Once the Booking.com listing is successfully unmapped from PropertyStack, it will no longer sync availability, pricing, or reservations. If needed, you can re-map the listing anytime following the mapping instructions.
