Overview
Deleting a user in PropertyStack is a simple process. Users can be removed from the User Management section accessible via Settings or View Profile. Follow the steps below to delete a user successfully.
Step 1: Navigate to the Users Section
Click on the Settings icon from the left-side menu.
Select Users from the settings options.
A list of all users associated with your organization will be displayed.
OR
Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner.
Select View Profile from the dropdown menu.
From your profile settings, navigate to Users.
Step 2: Search for the User
Use the search bar to find the user by name or email.
The search results will display the filtered user entry.
Step 3: Delete the User
Locate the user in the list.
Click the trash bin icon next to the user’s name.
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to delete the user.
Click Yes, Delete It to proceed.
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
Once the user has been deleted successfully, the system will no longer display their details in the User Management section.
