How to check availability of all listings in PropertyStack at once?

Overview

PropertyStack allows you to easily check the availability of all your listings at once, without having to go through each individual listing. Follow these simple steps to find availability for your properties in a streamlined manner.

Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar

  1. Log in to your PropertyStack account.

  2. Click on Multi-calendar icon.

  3. And look for the Availability option.

Step 2: Use the Availability Search

  1. Click on the Availability tab at the top-right corner.

  2. A pop-up window will appear, where you can enter:

    • Check-In Date

    • Check-Out Date

    • Guest Count

    • City (Note: Only cities where you have listings will show up.)

  3. After entering the details, click the Find Availability button.

Important Notes:

  • Location Limitations: If you try to search for a location where you do not have a listing, the search will not work. Make sure to select a city where your listings are located.

  • This feature allows you to quickly see available dates for multiple properties, making it easier to manage reservations.

By following these steps, you can efficiently check the availability of any of your listings without the hassle of checking each listing one by one.
