Overview:

This article will guide you through the steps to manually update pricing for your listings in PropertyStack, without relying on PriceLabs. While we recommend using PriceLabs for dynamic pricing updates, you can edit the pricing manually by accessing the property settings in PropertyStack.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Access the Integration Settings:

  • Navigate to the Settings section in the left-hand sidebar.

  • Click on Integrations.

Note: This is where you can manage all your OTA integrations, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.

2. Select Your OTA (e.g., Airbnb):

  • In the Integration Settings section, select the OTA you wish to update (e.g., Airbnb).

  • Select the Map option next to the listing you want to update.

3. Navigate to the Channel Mapping:

  • After selecting your channel, you will be taken to the Channel Mapping page.

  • Here you will see a list of your properties linked to the channel.

4. Edit the Pricing:

  • To edit the pricing for a listing, click the Edit button under the Rate Plan Mapping section.

Note: Ensure that the rate you want to update is selected. You may need to adjust the pricing manually here for each listing.

5. Update the Pricing Information:

  • In the Listing Rooms section, you will see the option to adjust the Full Rate and other related fields such as Security Deposit and Extra Guest Charges.

6. Save the Changes:

  • After making the necessary adjustments to the pricing, click Save to update the listing.

Note: Changes made here will apply only to the specific listing and channel you've selected.

Conclusion:

Manually updating pricing for listings in PropertyStack is a simple process. However, for better efficiency and dynamic pricing adjustments, we recommend integrating PriceLabs for automated pricing updates. If you prefer to manage it manually, you can easily adjust the rates in PropertyStack or through the Airbnb Extranet.
