Adjusting this manually allows property managers to modify the disbursement amount for any given reservation based on unique needs.
Steps to Adjust Accommodation Disbursement:
1. Locate the Reservation:
Navigate to the "Reservations" section within your PropertyStack dashboard.
Use the search bar at the top to locate the reservation by guest name or reservation ID.
2. Open Reservation Details:
Once you’ve found the reservation, click on it to open the detailed view.
Under the reservation details, you will see several tabs. Click on the "Trust" tab to proceed with the accommodation adjustments.
3. View Accommodation Disbursement:
In the Trust section, locate the "Accommodation Disbursement" section.
You will see the total accommodation charge, which can be modified by clicking on the pencil icon next to the accommodation amount.
4. Edit the Amount:
A popup will appear, allowing you to adjust the accommodation amount.
Enter the desired amount and click "Save" to apply the changes.
5. Save the Changes:
After adjusting the accommodation amount, confirm the new amount and save your changes.
The system will update the disbursement amount and reflect it in the reservation’s financial summary.
