Overview: In PropertyStack, you can easily tag your teammates in a guest inbox conversation. This is useful for collaborating with your team and ensuring everyone is aligned on a guest's request or issue. Here's how you can tag your teammates and the notifications they'll receive.

Steps:

  1. Access the Guest Inbox

    • Go to the Inbox from the main menu.

  2. Select a Conversation

    • Choose a conversation where you want to mention your teammate.

  3. Switch to Team View

    • At the bottom of the message input area, switch to Team view. This allows you to make your messages visible only to your internal team.

  4. Tag Your Team Member

    • Type @ followed by your team member's name or username (e.g., @swaraj).

  5. Send the Message

    • Once the message is tagged with the team member, send it.

Notifications for Tagged Team Members: When you tag someone in a message, they will receive two types of notifications:

  1. Notification Bell

    • The notification bell in the top right corner will alert the tagged team member about the message. (See image for reference.)

  2. Mobile and Watch Push Notifications

    • A push notification will be sent to the team member’s mobile and watch, ensuring they stay updated.

  3. Email Notifications

    • An email notification will be sent to the team member’s email ensuring they stay updated.

These notifications are visible only to your internal team and are not visible to guests.

Conclusion: Tagging team members in the PS guest inbox is an excellent way to collaborate and ensure important information is shared within your team. With these two notification channels, your team members will be immediately informed and ready to assist.
