How to Add Extra Guest Fees to Your Booking.com Listings

Objective

To help property managers correctly configure extra guest fees on Booking.com via the Booking.com Extranet.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Booking.com Extranet.

  2. Go to the Property tab, then select Policies.

  3. Scroll to the Children & Extra Beds section.

  4. Click Edit under Extra bed and crib options.

  5. Specify:

    • The number of extra guests allowed

    • The fee per night for each extra guest

    • The age range (if applicable)

  6. Click Save.

Tip: If you don’t see the option, it may be restricted based on your room setup. Contact Booking.com support for assistance.

If you're using a channel manager (like PropertyStack):

Booking.com does not support “extra guest fees” via API for all setups.
