This article walks you through the step-by-step process of setting up extra guest fees for your VRBO listings directly within the PropertyStack platform. This ensures pricing reflects your guest policy and increases revenue accuracy.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Navigate to Integration Settings
From the left-hand menu, click the Settings (gear icon).
Select Integrations from the Settings panel.
Under OTAs tab, locate the VRBO card and click on it to open the mapping screen.
Step 2: Locate and Edit the Desired VRBO Listing
On the Channel Connector page, find the property you want to update.
Click Edit next to the listing name.
Step 3: Open the Room Setup Page
A new window will open showing the room configuration for the selected listing.
Ensure you're on the Listing Rooms tab.
Scroll to the bottom and click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Go to Fees Section
Select the Availability & Booking Settings tab.
Navigate to the Fees section.
Step 5: Set Up Extra Guest Fees
Under Standard Fees, locate the Extra Guests section.
From the dropdown, select Per Guest Per Night.
Enter:
Amount (e.g., AUD 40)
Applicable Guest (e.g., 4)
Max Guest (e.g., 6)
Click Next.
Step 6: Finish
Continue by clicking Next until you reach the last page.
Click Finish to save your changes.
