How to Download Owner Property Transactions from the Ledger

Objective:

This article guides you through downloading transaction records for a specific owner's property using the Ledger section in the Trust module of PropertyStack. This is useful for tracking all financial movements associated with a property.


Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Go to the Trust Section

  • From the left-hand menu, click on Trust.

  • Then select Ledger to view all trust-related transactions.


2. Select the Relevant Property Account

  • Click on the Select Account dropdown.

  • A modal will open with four tabs: Property, Manager, Supplier, OTA.

  • Select Property if you want to filter by the owner's property account.

  • Use the search bar or scroll to find the property you're after.

  • Click on the property to highlight it, then click Select Payer.


3. Export the Transactions

  • Once the account is selected, the Ledger will update to show only the transactions related to that property.

  • Click the CSV icon on the top right of the Ledger table.

  • This will download a CSV file of all visible transactions for the selected property.


Conclusion:
