Overview

PropertyStack now offers iCal export functionality, allowing you to share your property availability with external platforms such as your website or other calendar tools. This helps ensure that your confirmed reservations are reflected across your other systems and helps you execute tasks efficiently.

What You Can Do with iCal

  • Generate an iCal link per property to reflect confirmed bookings on other platforms.

  • Share this iCal link with any third-party tool that supports iCal calendar feeds.

  • Keep availability synced across systems (approximate refresh time: every 60–180 minutes).

Accessing Your Property’s iCal Link

  1. Navigate to Integrations under Settings.

  2. Click on the iCal tab.

  3. You’ll see a list of all active properties under your current account.

  4. For each property, you’ll find a copy icon next to the iCal link.

Clicking this icon copies the link to your clipboard, ready to be pasted into other platforms.

What Gets Exported

Each iCal link includes the following details for confirmed reservations only:

  • Check-in date

  • Check-out date

  • Channel

  • Guest name

  • Total price

  • Reservation code

Important Notes

  • iCal is a read-only feed: it reflects availability from PropertyStack to external systems.

  • Calendar updates are not real-time. They typically refresh every 60 to 180 minutes, depending on the platform you're using.

  • Only reservation-type blocks are exported — this excludes internal blocks like before/after buffer rules, rolling windows, or advance notice periods.

Conclusion

The iCal export feature in PropertyStack makes it easy to keep your external platforms up-to-date with your live availability.
