In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Navigate to the Property off boarding section.

  • Select a property to off board.

  • Confirm the property's off boarding process.

Step 1: Navigate to Property Off boarding

  • Log into your PropertyStack account.

  • Click on icon in the sidebar to reveal the menu.

  • Select "On/Offboarding" from the menu and then navigate to the "Offboarding" tab.

Step 2: Select the Property to Off-board

  • Within the Off-boarding tab, find the property you wish to turn offline.

  • Click on the icon to access the property's details.

Step 3: Off-board the Property

  • Review the property details and ensure all bookings are complete and no outstanding reservations exist on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).

  • Click the "Delete" button to initiate the off-boarding process.

Pro Tip: Always double check each platform to ensure all listings are now offline and NOT bookable. And all bookings are indeed cancelled.

Conclusion

By completing these steps, the selected property will now be offline, preventing any new bookings. This methodical approach helps to eliminate cancellation fees from un cancelled bookings. It’s crucial to ensure all OTA reservations are settled to avoid conflicts or penalties.
