In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Set up and log into your PayAdvantage account with two-factor authentication.

  • Create an API user specifically for PropertyStack within PayAdvantage.

  • Connect your PayAdvantage account to PropertyStack by entering API credentials.

Step 1: Log into Your PayAdvantage Account

  • Visit the PayAdvantage login page and enter your username and password.

  • Complete the two-factor authentication process to secure access.

Step 2: Create an API User for PropertyStack

  • Once logged in, navigate to the 'API' section under 'Integrations' in the PayAdvantage dashboard.

  • Click 'Add API User' and enter 'PropertyStack' as the alias for easy identification.

Step 3: Obtain API Credentials

  • After creating the API user, select the 'PropertyStack' alias to view and copy the generated username and password.

  • These credentials will be used to link your PayAdvantage account to PropertyStack. Please note, We blocked them out in this article with a white box. You use the credentials in these boxes

Step 4: Access PayAdvantage Integration in PropertyStack

  • Switch to your PropertyStack settings by selecting 'Settings' from the sidebar and then 'Integrations'.

  • Click on the 'Pricing' tab and find the 'PayAdvantage' section.

Step 5: Connect PayAdvantage to PropertyStack

  • In the PayAdvantage section, click 'Connect'.

  • You will be prompted to enter the API username and password you copied earlier.

  • Paste these credentials into the respective fields and click 'Save'.

Step 6: Verify the Integration

  • After saving, verify that the connection between PayAdvantage and PropertyStack is active.

  • Your account should be visible as connected within Property stack as pictured below:
