Step 1: Access the Owners List
Navigate to the
Users section on the left-hand menu.
Click on the "Owners List" option to view the list of owners.
Step 2: Select the Owner
Locate the owner you wish to invite from the list.
Click on the owner’s name to open their profile.
Step 3: Create and Send Invite
In the owner’s profile, ensure you are on the "Details" tab.
Click the "Create and Invite" button at the bottom of the profile.
An invitation email will be sent to the owner's email address.
Step 4: Owner Receives Email
The owner will receive an email with an invite link.
The owner should click on the link to set up their account.
Step 5: Owner Account Setup
The owner will be directed to the sign-up page.
They need to enter their email, create a password, and confirm the password.
Click "Confirm Sign Up" to complete the process.
Step 6: Owner Portal Access
Once signed up, the owner can then download the PropertyStack app to get instant access on their mobile phones.
The owner needs to install using this link
The portal dashboard will display their property details and other relevant information.
Step 7: Send owner Link email
If you copy and paste the following email to the owner, they will be able to set up on their mobile phone and desktop

Important: Make sure you're not in a private/incognito browsing window when setting up your portal as this will log you out after you exit the app.

If the Owner Hasn’t Received the Email:
Press "Create and Invite" again in case this wasn’t done.
If that doesn’t work, send them their owner link directly.
If the owner’s screen shows "Enter Password", instruct them to click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
If it asks them to create a password, this means they haven’t signed in yet and will need to create and set up their account.
If the Owner Says They Can’t Access It on Their Computer:
Ensure they are either on a mobile phone or laptop screen.
If their screen shows "Open on laptop or computer", they need to either zoom out until it fits or switch to a different device.
