Step 1: Access the Jobs Section
Navigate to the Jobs section on the left-hand menu.
Click on the "Jobs" option to view the list of current jobs assigned to you.
The list includes job details such as property address, description, job type, due date, urgency, and status.
Step 2: Filter Jobs by Status
You can filter jobs by their status: Open, Pending, and Completed.
Click on the respective tabs to view jobs under each status category.
Open Jobs: Jobs that have not been accepted
Pending Jobs: Jobs that have been accepted but not completed
Completed Jobs: Jobs that have been completed
Step 3: View Job Details
Click on any job in the list then click on
icon to open the Job Overview page.

Date Created
Property Listing
Due Date and Time
Contractor Needed
Contractor Assigned
Owner Approval
Description of anything extra needed for the job
Step 4: Understand Reservation Details & starting the job
On the Job Overview page, scroll down to the Reservation Details section.
This section provides specific details about the reservation, including:
Reference Number
Dates of the reservation
Guest Count
Booking Channel
You will find the Field Notes section. This section allows you to:
Start a timer to log the time spent on the job
Upload photos related to the job
Step 5: Access the Calendar
Navigate to the Calendar section on the left-hand menu.
Click on the "Calendar" option to view the booking calendar.
The calendar displays bookings for different properties, helping you manage your schedule efficiently.

Step 6: Accessing the user's section
We have now added different users for the contractors
This is now more suitable for rostering team members for different cleaning jobs.
Step 7: Understanding User Roles
Admin Role:
Admins can view and manage all tasks for all properties within the portal.
They have the authority to approve or decline tasks and assign them to team members.
Team Member Role:
Team Members only see the tasks that are specifically assigned to them.
They can update the status of their tasks and provide notes or attachments as needed.
Step 7: Inviting Users & Setup
Inviting a New User:
Access the Users Section: Click on "Users" in the left-hand menu.
βAdd User: Fill in the user details, including name, email, and role (Admin or Team Member).
Send Invitation: Click "Invite User" to send an invitation via email.
Setting Up Account:
Email Invitation: The invited user will receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Account Activation: The user follows the link to create a secure password and access their tasks on PropertyStack.
