How to Disburse All Undisbursed Reservations in Property Stack

In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Understand the significance of undisbursed amounts, commission, cleaning fees, and card surcharges.

  • Disburse funds to the appropriate accounts.

Step 1: Navigate to the Undisbursed Reservations Section

  • Log in to your Property Stack account.

  • From the left-hand menu, select "Trust" to expand the submenu.

  • Click on "Reconciliation" to access the trust account reconciliation page.

  • Click the "Disburse Reservation Payments" button to proceed.

Step 2: Review Undisbursed Reservations

  • The "Undisbursed Reservations" page displays details about commissions, cleaning fees, and card surcharges.

  • "Undisbursed" indicates payments have not yet been distributed to the owner’s account.

  • "Commission" represents the amount earned from the reservation.

  • "Cleaning" represents the fee for cleaning services associated with the reservation.

  • "Card Surcharge" indicates any additional fee for card payments.

Step 3: Select a Reservation to Disburse

  • Click on the arrow icon next to each reservation to view detailed payment information.

  • This will open the reservation details, showing payment statuses and amounts received.

Step 4: Create a receipt to add in payment

  • Select Trust

  • Navigate to the "Payments & Refunds" section to review received payments.

  • Click on "Add Receipt" to add payment (Note: If you charged using Payadvantage, this will be created automatically

  • Fill in the details for the new receipt, including the amount, payment method, and date received.

  • Click "Add Receipt" to save the information.

  • You can now see that the currently received is equal too the total charge

Note: If there is not enough money receipted for the booking, it will not allow you to disburse the reservation due to not enough balance.

Step 5: Disburse Funds

  • Go to the "Accommodation Disbursement" section.

  • Verify the distribution of funds, including accommodation, cleaning fees, and commissions.

  • Make any necessary edits to the allocations.

  • Once all information is correct, click the "Disburse" button to complete the process.
