In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Navigate to the Property List

  • Access the property settings

  • Replace the current owner with a new one


Step 1: Navigate to the Property List

  • Log in to your Property Stack account.

  • In the left-hand menu, click on icon to expand the menu.

  • Select "Property List" from the dropdown menu.

  • Click on icon next to the property to edit its details.

Step 2: Replace the Current Owner

  • In the property details, navigate to the "Settings" tab at the top.

  • Scroll down to the "Owner of Property" section.

  • Click on the dropdown arrow next to the current owner's name.

  • Select "Choose another owner" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Select the New Owner

  • In the "Select Owner" popup, search for or scroll through the list to find the new owner.

  • Click the "Select" button next to the appropriate new owner's name.
