This guide provides a simple process for manually sending a guest booklet and code to ensure guests have the necessary information for their stay.

In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Locate the guest booklet code in Propertystack

  • Locate the guest booklet in Propertystack

  • Send the guest booklet code manually through the guest inbox

  • You may choose to do this instead of sending the code automatically with the variable: {{BOOKLET_CODE}}

Step 1: Locate the Guest Booklet Code

  1. Log into your PropertyStack account.

  2. Navigate to Inbox by clicking on icon in the sidebar and select "Guest Inbox."

  3. Choose the specific guest from the list to open the details.

  4. On the top right-hand side of the screen, click on dots icon icon to open side panel. You can find the "Guest Booklet Code" and "Guest Booklet URL" down there.

Step 2: Send the Guest Booklet URL

  1. Click the "Guest Booklet URL" to copy the information.

  2. Paste the guest booklet URL in the inbox

  3. Click "Send" to deliver your message to the guest.

Step 3: Send the Guest Booklet Code

  1. Copy the "Guest Booklet Code" to copy the information.

  2. Paste the code int he Guest inbox

  3. Click "Send" to deliver your message to the guest.
