This guide will walk you through the process of mapping your Booking.com listing to your PropertyStack listing. After completing these steps, you'll have successfully connected your Booking.com listing to PropertyStack, allowing seamless management of bookings and availability.

In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Access the Connectivity Provider section on Booking.com

  • Search and select your desired connectivity provider

  • Map your listing to PropertyStack

  • Confirm the connection and complete the setup

Step 1: Access the Connectivity Provider Section

  1. Log in to your Booking.com extranet account.

  2. Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Connectivity provider.

Step 2: Search for Your Connectivity Provider

  1. On the Connectivity Provider page, click on the Search button.

  2. Enter the name of your connectivity provider in the search box ("OTASwitch").

Step 3: Select and Connect Your Provider

  1. From the search results, select your provider (e.g., "OTASwitch").

  2. A list of permissions that the provider will manage for your property will be displayed. Ensure that all necessary options are checked, including:

    • Rates and availability

    • Reservations

    • Guest reviews

    • Reporting

    • Content

    • Photos

    • Guest messages

    • Performance data and insights

    • Extranet access

  3. After confirming the selections, click on Connect.

Step 4: Complete the Connection Setup

  1. A summary page will appear, confirming your connection request. Review the details to ensure everything is correct.

  2. Click on Go to Booking.com extranet to return to the main page.
