How to edit a listing title in Propertystack

In this article we will walk through how to update a listing title for a listing in Propertystack

Objective:

Learn how to update the property listing title in PropertyStack for your direct booking website. Please note that changes will not sync to other platforms like Airbnb or OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).

In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Access the Property List to select a specific property for editing

  • Navigate to the Marketing section of the property details

  • Edit the property title for the direct booking website

Step 1: Access the Property List

  1. From the PropertyStack dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Menu > Property List.

  2. Once on the Property List page, locate the property whose title you want to edit.

  3. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon on the right side of the desired property

Step 2: Navigate to the Marketing Section

  1. After clicking the edit icon, you'll be taken to the Property Details page.

  2. From the menu tabs across the top, click on the Marketing tab

  1. Scroll down to the Public Descriptions section to find the Property Listing Title field

Step 3: Edit the Listing Title

  1. In the Property Listing Title field, type your desired title for the property. Remember, this title will appear on your direct booking website only.

  2. Once you've updated the title, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply the changes.

Important Note:
This process only updates the listing title on your direct booking website. If you need to change the property title on external channels like Airbnb or other OTAs, you must log into those platforms and update the title directly.

Example Use Cases:

  • When you rebrand your property to attract a different market segment, you need to update the title on your website.

  • When a new feature (e.g., pool, renovated interiors) has been added, and you want to highlight it in the listing title.

  • To correct typos or improve searchability by using more relevant keywords in the title.
