In this Article, You Will Learn How to:

  • Set up initial availability settings during the listing mapping process.

  • Update availability settings for different platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com).

  • Apply company default settings and communicate changes to Propertystack.


Step 1: Setting Up Availability in Airbnb

  • Before Mapping: Ensure your desired availability (e.g., check-in/check-out restrictions) is set directly in Airbnb.

  • Mapping New Listings: Propertystack pulls availability data from Airbnb during the initial mapping. Make sure your settings are accurate before listing.

  • After Mapping: If you need to update your Airbnb availability after your listing is live, email Propertystack support at [email protected].

  • For min and max night stays, all of this should be adjusted within Pricelabs


Step 2: Setting Up Availability in VRBO & Booking.com

  • During Mapping: Specify any special requirements, like disallowing same-day check-ins, by emailing [email protected] during the initial listing setup.

  • Managing Availability: VRBO & Booking.com listings default to the settings configured in Propertystack’s backend.

  • After Mapping: For post-listing changes, such as modifying minimum stays or updating block settings, contact Propertystack support to apply the adjustments.

  • For min and max night stays, all of this should be adjusted within Pricelabs


Step 3: Understanding Company Defaults

  • Onboarding Defaults: Propertystack maintains a list of your company’s default availability settings based on your onboarding form.

  • Applied Defaults: These defaults are used during the mapping of new listings unless specific changes are requested.

  • Custom Adjustments: For any updates or changes to your company’s default settings, email [email protected].


Example Uses of the Above:

  • Prevent Same-Day Check-Ins: Set restrictions in VRBO to avoid guest overlaps.

  • Customize Check-In Days for Airbnb: Set no check-ins or check-outs on specific days, like holidays or weekends. For Airbnb only

Airbnb

- The availability settings you configure in Airbnb are pulled into Propertystack when we map your listing.

- Before Mapping: Set your desired availability directly in Airbnb.
- After Mapping: To make changes after your listing is live, please email us at [email protected].

- Make this change directly from pricelabs

- You can select no check-ins or check-outs on certain days in Airbnb.
- Changes made in Airbnb after mapping need to be communicated to us to reflect in Propertystack.

VRBO & Booking.com

- The system defaults to the availability settings configured in Propertystack's backend for your listing.

- When Mapping a New Listing: If you do not want same-day check-ins, inform us by emailing [email protected] during the mapping process.
- After Mapping: To make changes after your listing is live, please email us at [email protected].

- Make this change directly from pricelabs

- You can create a block to prevent same-day check-ins.
- You cannot select no check-ins or check-outs on certain days for VRBO & Booking.com within Propertystack.
- We maintain a list of your company's default settings based on your onboarding form, which are applied when mapping new listings.
- For any changes, please contact us to update the settings accordingly.
