Overview
If your Airbnb listing is already mapped in PropertyStack but the pricing, availability, or settings are not updating, you can manually trigger a sync. If syncing does not resolve the issue, you may need to unmap and remap the listing.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log in to PropertyStack.
Click on the Settings icon in the left-side menu.
Select Integrations from the menu.
Locate the Airbnb integration and click on it.
Step 2: Open the Channel Connector
In the Integration Settings, navigate to OTAs.
Click on Airbnb to open the Channel Connector.
Step 3: Sync the Listing
Scroll down to find the listings mapped to Airbnb.
Locate the listing that is not updating.
Click on the SYNC button next to the listing.
Step 4: Verify the Sync
Wait a few moments for the changes to reflect.
Check your Airbnb calendar and settings to confirm that updates have been applied.
βNote: If the prices, availability, and settings are still not reflecting then proceed to Step 5.
Step 5: Unmap and Remap (If the issue persists)
If the sync does not resolve the issue:
Click Unmap next to the listing.
Re-map the listing following the standard mapping process.
Sync again to ensure updates are applied.
